Our family of five has enjoyed skiing and snowboarding together since our youngest was just two years old. We all know that gear is expensive, so we used a rag and rubberband method to wrap the skis during travel so they wouldn’t clack together and get dinged up. It was time-consuming and awkward, but we wanted the gear to last longer and be good enough to pass down to a younger sibling for a few more years of use. When we began flying to resorts farther from home, we used the same process.
We named the company after the Greek word for bedroom slippers, pandoufles. We designed PondoZ products to be every bit as protective (for your gear) and comfortable (for you) as your favorite pair.
We care about our customers.
The goddess within us
When it came time to design our logo, we wanted something that showed our commitment to quality, our pride in our heritage, and our passion for our sport.
You don’t hear or read a lot about Khione, the goddess of snow, but as the daughter of the god of the North Wind and the lady of Mountain Gales, she sends a flurry of inspiration into everything we do, whether that’s creating gear for mountain slopes or developing new products for faraway places we can’t wait to explore.
